Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders of $200+ before tax receive FREE SHIPPING*

Standard Shipping — $14.95 Flat Rate

Enjoy a simple $14.95 flat-rate shipping fee on orders shipped to most Canadian addresses.

*Some remote and hard-to-reach areas of Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges due to carrier surcharges. If additional shipping applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the additional cost.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most Canadian orders arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Dashcam Source is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your dash cam or accessory, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be returned in new or like-new condition.
• The product should include all original accessories, cables, mounts, manuals, packaging, and other included items.
• Products must not show signs of misuse, damage, modification, or improper installation.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To make the return process easier, Dashcam Source will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund once the returned product has been received and inspected.

We recommend using the return label provided by Dashcam Source to ensure your return can be properly tracked.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, along with any other applicable non-refundable charges.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution or credit card provider to process the refund after the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging, when applicable

Please do not send a defective or damaged product back before contacting us.

If a product is confirmed to have arrived damaged or is determined to be defective, Dashcam Source will provide return instructions and, where applicable, cover the return shipping cost.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, the original product may need to be returned before the replacement is shipped.

For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Dashcam Source will provide a return shipping label, and the label cost will be deducted from the applicable refund or exchange value.

Any difference in product price will be charged or refunded as applicable.

Final Sale Items

Products identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
