Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your dash cam or accessory, you may request a return within 14 business days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
The product must be returned in new or like-new condition.
The product should include all original accessories, cables, mounts, manuals, packaging, and other included items.
Products must not show signs of misuse, damage, modification, or improper installation.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these requirements. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

To make the return process easier, Dash Cam Source will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using the return label provided by Dashcam Source to ensure your return can be properly tracked.

ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will send a replacement unit once original unit is returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, along with any other applicable non-refundable charges.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution or credit card provider to process the refund after the refund has been issued.
