The MYCAR™ 2 + TGM Module is the connectivity package that brings the Thinkware F790AIR into the MYCAR™ 2 connected-vehicle platform.

When installed with a compatible F790AIR dash cam, the system uses cellular connectivity to send important dash cam events directly to your smartphone through the MYCAR™ 2 app.

Instead of having to be beside your vehicle to check your dash cam, you can receive notifications and access eligible video features remotely.

The MYCAR™ 2 system gives you a convenient way to monitor and interact with your vehicle from your smartphone.

The included Premium service provides features such as:

Crash Notifications With Video

One of the biggest advantages of adding MYCAR™ 2 to an F790AIR is remote crash notification.

When the F790AIR detects a driving incident, MYCAR™ 2 can send a notification to your smartphone along with a 20-second video clip of the event.

You can view and download the front or rear camera footage directly through the app.

According to the current MYCAR™ 2 service information, unlimited crash notifications with video are included with the Premium service when used with the F790AIR and TGM.

Parking Event Notifications

Upgrade to MYCAR™ 2 Premium Plus to add parking-event video notifications.

If your parked vehicle experiences a detected event, the system can notify you through the MYCAR™ 2 app and provide associated video footage.

This is particularly useful for:

• Parking lots
• Shopping centres
• Driveways
• Street parking
• Overnight parking
• Vehicle security monitoring

Premium Plus also adds on-demand video requests and Instant View from the F790AIR.

Remote-start functionality is not provided by the TGM or MYCAR™ 2 module alone. A compatible remote-start system and vehicle-specific installation are required.

What Is the TGM?

The TGM (Telematics Gateway Module) is the interface that allows the F790AIR dash cam to communicate with the MYCAR™ 2 connected-vehicle system.

The TGM is specifically required for F790AIR dash cam integration with MYCAR™ 2.

Lifetime MYCAR™ 2 Service

MYCAR™ 2 currently includes a Premium Lifetime Service Plan with the device.

The Premium service includes core connected-vehicle functions and F790AIR crash notifications with video.

There is also an optional Premium Plus upgrade that adds enhanced features such as:
